“How does the EnjayTM Pro Stain and Odour Remover work?”
 Friendly' microorganisms digest the organic matter, reducing it to odourless gasses.

“Why does a deep-set stain have to be kept damp overnight once the product is applied?”
Keeping the area moist allows the microorganisms to stay activated. If the area becomes dry, the microorganisms go dormant. Keeping the area moist (using a damp cloth or plastic film) overnight will help to ensure the stain is eliminated.

“What makes this product different from all the ones I've tried before?”
It was a high priority for us to make a product that was easy and simple to use. It also had to be highly effective. There is no dilution, rinsing, mixing, measuring, and no pulling up carpets or under-padding. You simply apply it directly onto the carpet and follow the directions.

“My pet soils in the same area on the carpet; can the EnjayTM Pro Stain and Odour Remover reach the floorboards?”
Yes. Simply ensure the affected area is well saturated and kept moist overnight. If the area is kept moist for that period of time, it will effectively reach the soiled floorboards.

“Can it be used on hardwood and laminate flooring?”
Yes, provided there is no previous water damage.

“What if my pet licks the EnjayTM Pro Stain and Odour Remover from the floor?”
This product is very safe and non-toxic. However, if copious amounts of product are consumed, it may cause diarrhea, as the product digests organic material.

“Is the EnjayTM Pro Stain and Odour Remover safe to use on ALL carpeting?”
We do recommend testing a small, inconspicuous area for colourfastness prior to use.

“How else has this product been used?”
It has been proven effective on all organic matter such as urine, feces, vomit and blood. It has also been used on food, drink, and smoke stains on upholstery and automobile interiors.

“My pet urinates on the same area of the floor/carpet. If I use the EnjayTM Pro Stain and Odour Remover, will that stop the problem?”
Consult your veterinarian to determine if the problem is medical or behavioural. If the problem is behavioural, eliminating the odour may help.

“Will it work on every organic stain?”
If the stain has been previously treated with a harsh cleanser, the overall efficacy may be decreased.

“What if I have old and new stains?”
For old, but deep-set stains containing organic and non-organic material, use in conjunction with EnjayTM Pro Stain & Odour Remover. Due to the biological nature of the EnjayTM Pro Stain & Odour Remover, always ensure it is used before the EnjayTM Pro Oxygen Cleaner.
